Available in three different sizes, our filters support nominal flow rates of 25 LPM, 50 LPM, and 80 LPM, with port sizes ranging from 1/2" BSP to 1" BSP. Each filter is designed to operate at a maximum pressure of 10 BAR, making them suitable for various industrial applications.
The filters are typically mounted fully or semi-immersed within the reservoir. This positioning ensures that the returning fluid remains in an immersed state during all operating conditions, effectively preventing foam and vortex formation in the tank. This is crucial for avoiding aeration and cavitation in pumps, which can lead to operational inefficiencies or damage.
For added convenience, the filter bowl and element can be easily removed for servicing without the need to disconnect the entire filter from the system. This feature simplifies maintenance, reducing downtime and ensuring continuous system operation.
